Dispatching is done in house, 24 hours a day, by dispatchers we train and are familiar with our service area. We do not use a dispatch service and calls are never forwarded to a cell phone. 

We utilize a state of the art dispatch system in our dispatch office, linked with a GPS tracking system in the tow trucks, it allows us to send the closest and next available truck to the call location. The system prioritizes calls in order of importance, informs our dispatchers of the closest available truck, and sends the call info to the driver with turn by turn directions to the call location. This system removes any delays associated with dispatching the call and insures you will be receiving the closest appropriate truck for the call.
