Can we bill insurance?
If there is an insurance claim being filed under comprehensive or collision coverage and the vehicle is towed to our facility for storage or directly to a body shop, YES. If insurance coverage is deemed valid by your insurance carrier, they will pay for the service. The majority of roadside assistance requests (NOT Crashes, stolen & recovered vehicles, etc) cannot be direct billed to insurance. You can pay for the service, we will provide a copy of the receipt, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
